It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. *BE CAREFUL WITH AWNING USE, can be damaged by high winds. If damaged security deposit will be held. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage. Insurance will not cover Awing damage, any cost for repair will be the renters responsibility in addition entire security deposit will be held. *Owner shall provide surge protector, 30 Amp electrical cord, 30 amp to 15 amp adapter, water regulator, water filter, white water hose, drain hoses, city hose drain connection and Grey water hose for clean out. A full demonstration on how to use all equipment will be provided. Any negligence to use equipment properly which results in damage to Trailer or equipment will be the full responsibility of the renter. All tanks (grey,black) shall be dumped by renter or will be subject to a $100 fee.
Generator Rental- Generator will be given on request with a full tank of gas and upon return the tank needs to be full. If Generator tank is not full a $20 fee will be held from security deposit. If generator is not returned for any reason including theft entire security deposit of $500 will be held. *Trailer Hitch and stabilizers will be provided if either are damaged or not returned entire security deposit of $500 will be held.

5Absolutely wonderful 30 day national park tour in Andrew’s RV. 3100 miles across 9 states from Los Angeles area up to West Glacier Montana near the Canadian boarder. The AC was cold in Las Vegas 110 degree heat, and the furnace kept us warm in the 40 degree nights of Montana. We are a family of 5 with 3 young boys and this RV worked well for towing that far a distance and still accommodated our sleeping just fine. Communication with Andrew was easy before, up-to, and during the trip!

5Trailer was perfect for my wife and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and the trailer was very clean. Andrew was easy to communicate with and replied to messages promptly. Pickup and drop off were quick and easy. We will definitely rent from him again.
