We have two options for enjoying our beautiful RV, delivery to your choice of space or at our orchard in La Mesa, NM.Set in the midst our beautiful Pecan Orchard just outside Las Cruces, we offer a quiet, relaxing, and cozy space for your visit in Southern New Mexico. we are just a 5 minute drive to the Rio Grande River and the Rio Grande Winery. Old Mesilla is a 10 minute picturesque drive through Stahman's Pecan farm and Nmsu campus is a short 20 minute drive. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape while still having quick access to all that Las Cruces offers.What's includedYou will be staying in a 2021 Montana RV. This is a great opportunity for a glamping experience without the hassle of towing and setting up the RV yourself. Be amazed at all the amenities it offers including a full kitchen, bathroom, and master room with a king size bed. Hottub availability is by Pre-Check in request only.RecommendationsWe recommend an RV space with a 50 amp hookup for full service. Wi-Fi is only available at our place. Other things to noteNo unauthorized gatherings. Lost keys fee of $100. Guests cannot change any locks or codes.
No drugs or prohibited items. Any illegal substances or activities will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.No smoking within the RV. Guests will incur a fee of $200 in violation of this rule. Please take shoes off upon entry. Quiet hours start at 10pm till 8am. Excessive mess left behind can incur an extra fee of $100. Please leave space the way you entered it. Pets are not allowed.
