We ran into many issues with the RV we rented. MANY lights go on? The door was wonky? We thought is was going to have a TV & DVD? Also, the oven wouldn’t start? We also ran out of water the day we left. We only had 2 people there and were hardly there until our kids came until the last night at 5pm? We were picked up at noon?
We want it to be picked up at noon and it was hard to reach him, he called soon after involving Outdorsy. We understood he had bad reception. After, Luke came he explained many of the things we had issues with…
The door was wonky before? The lights was on us and we just hadn’t been told how they worked? But the oven, is broken? But the WATER?
All and All we had a Grand time!

Communications through the app was essentially non-existent. I had to Google him to find a phone number to call and ask questions. Delivery was prompt dropping off, but I got a call from the campground after I left that they needed his info because someone was coming to the site and the camper needed to be picked up. I got a bill for $60 for using the toilet in the camper during our stay even though that was not specified in any of the booking information. I called him when I got the bill, and he offered to take $30 off the bill. I won’t use this rental company again, but, if someone is willing to pay $60 for using the toilet, $50 for linens, and $8 per mile to deliver.. this is the camper for you!
