Large tanks, great layout, Queen and both bunk beds have residential super comfy mattresses. Perfect for that epic cross-country trip! Huge discount for long-term rentals. This camper works great at KOA's, national/state forest campgrounds, BLM land, or anywhere between. This is not your typical Indiana-built camper. This one is built in the Oregon mountains for tough camping. Everything is built at least 1 step higher than usual. The AC and furnace are bigger than they need to be, and both axles have shocks on them. The camper rides on an in-house custom-built chassis for comfortable, confident towing. We look forward to making your trip go smoothly.What's includedYou are stocked with fresh bedding and towels that are washed with scent-free detergent. Kitchen utensils, pans, and basic cleaning supplies. The fridge/freezer will already be running before your arrival, so all you have to do is add food and beverages—hookups in the unit for cable, water, sewer, leveling pads and stabilizing jacks. I will install the weight distribution hitch at the correct settings for your tow vehicle. A complete walk-around going over the systems of the camper will be conducted.RecommendationsHave a great time camping!Other things to noteI strongly recommend a 3/4 ton truck or larger. 1/2 ton trucks will need to have at least 1,600 lbs of payload. A picture of the load sticker from the driver's door jamb will need to be provided for all 1/2 ton tow vehicles.

This RV is tracked with a GPS tracker, it monitors location and speed. We understand that it is next to impossible to not exceed the speed limit from time to time. But we also understand that this is a large vehicle that is not to be abused. Your security deposit up its entire amount may be forfeited if we determine that the RV has been abused by frequent speeding, or a maximum speed that is 6mph over the limit. At no time is accessing the roof allowed without prior documented approval via text message, outdoorsy message, or email.
