Our 21ft camper is fully equipped that extends to about 25’. All you need is food & drink, and personal items. We will have fresh bedding for both mattress and more if needed. 58x80 queen size fold down bed, mattress with memory foam topper makes it comfier. 48x80 fold down bed. Dining area also converts to another queen size bed. The other table can be a bed for one or two small people. Our camper will hold 2-6 people comfortable for sleeping, can fit 8 people if needed. Has TV hook up with antenna. Built in radio/CD player, 3 burner stove/oven, outdoor 2 burner stove, microwave, Gas/Elec fridge and freezer, sink, AC, heat, 2 fans that plug in. toilet, shower, hanging wardrobe, cupboard space above and under the dinette seats, Water and electric hook up, hose and electrical cord supplied. 6 Gallon water heater. 30 gallon black and gray water. 6 ft folding table for outside with table clothes. Fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon mi oxide detector.

You need to provide a 2"5/16 ball for towing.
Outside storage compartments, outdoor rug, propane 2 burner stove that hooks to the outside of the camper. Level & leveling blocks, wheel chocks, 2) 20# LP Tanks, electrical cord, water hose, outdoor shower no curtain. charged battery. If there is anything additional you would like, please let me know and I will try accommodate you!Upon request no extra charge electric griddle, toaster, coffee maker, electric ice maker, camping chairs, sleeping bags, cooler, outdoor game cornhole, small weber charcoal grill. Will go through major systems of the camper and will be available via Text or Call while using camper if something does come up. Camper will be clean and inspected at meeting time and expected to be returned in the same condition. When it is returned, I will mop the floors and sanitize the camper. Happy Camping!
