Relaxation Station!!!
This is our 2022 Keystone Springdale. Our family of 6 love camping and traveling. After many years of renting campers to find what fit our needs the best, we have finally found our own home away from home and would love to share the experience with others.
Our camper is fully equipped for a hassle free, fun, and relaxing time. The spacious bunkhouse has its own AC unit and sleeps 4 with the pull out bed and has a Flat Screen Roku tv for the kids.
The open kitchen/living room offers plenty of space for gathering with family and friends. The dinette can sleep two and the pull out sofa can sleep 2 smaller people as well. You can relax infront of the electric fireplace that also keeps you warm, while watching the 65" smart TV. Full size fridge/freezer combo with gas stove and microwave for cooking. Bring your own K-cups to use in the included Keurig Coffee Maker. Silverware and cups are in the cabinet for your use as well.
Cozy up in the Master Queen size bed at the end of the day with another flat screen TV for Mom and Dad. Plenty of storage for baggage under the bed as well as closets on both sides for his/her clothing.
Outside, you will have everything you need to enjoy the outdoors. Camping chairs, fire starter, lighter, outdoor rugs. A 55" Flat Screen TV outside to enjoy the game on, an outdoor kitchen with sink, grill, and fridge to cook at, and an outdoor shower to wash the dirt off any toys or kids ;-)
We love animals, but ask that your furry friends stay behind on this trip, as we have a strict no pet policy.
Bring your own linens and towels, or you can rent ours that have been disinfected and cleaned for an additional charge.

We are a family of 6 that loves to get away from the day to day chaos to relax with family, disconnected from the distractions of normal living. We enjoy watching out Tennessee Volunteers during football season, riding bikes with our 4 kids, hanging out by a campfire and talking, and meeting new and interesting people. We have two pit bulls who are the sweetest dogs ever, however they aren't allowed in our camper so others with pet allergies wont have to worry.
Joey owns his own business in the automotive tool industry while Haley is the District Manager at a large company that spans 3 states.
Our favorite campground we visit is Anchor Down RV Resort in Dandridge Tn. Its away from the busyness of Pigeon Forge, on the lake with beautiful sites, and only a 15-20min drive into the fun of Sevierville TN.

Joey was an awesome host. He delivered the camper and set everything up for us. The camper was like new and had all the amenities we needed. This was our first time renting an rv and it was perfect. He was very easy to work with and we’d book with him again.

Our family absolutely loved this camper. Joey was very friendly, communicated well, and showed us everything we needed to know in order to have the best trip possible. The camper was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely book this camper again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
You may tow the trailer on your own but delivery is preferred.
If you choose to pickup, a thorough vehicle inspection must be done recently and the vehicle needs to be equipped with trailer brake controller, and must be atleast a 3/4 ton truck. YOU MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TOWING EXPERIENCE. This is a very long RV and requires experience and attention.
Delivery/set up can be arranged in the mornings and evenings.

Yes! Located in the RV is a folder with step by step instructions on how to operate all features inside the RV, as well as how to operate all slide outs, awning, water/sewer/power hook-ups. You may also feel free to contact us regarding any information we may have missed.
