The camper includes a kitchen, bathroom with separate sink, an awning and much more. sleeping for 7!You have multiple sleeping options including a double-sized bunk bed, a dinette that folds down, and a queen bed with a curtain. This trailer is great for trips with the family or friends. we provide a portable grill with 4 foldable seat for a better outdoor experience. The bathroom will provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels, pillows, blankets, toilet paper and paper towels will all be included. In the kitchen, there will be pots, pans, silverware, and plates. The weight is 4060 which will be great with most SUVs and trucks.We are right in Knoxville and have easy access to the smokey mountains, countless lakes, and Dollywood. The rig is also wonderful for road trips to national parks! Other amenities include: propane tank, water tank, and a tv upon request. Had a wonderful time using the camper. It was clean well stocked and useful for everything except for mechanically. The RV needs a new battery in order for the heat pump to work at night. We had several days of below 32° and without a generator we would have frozen. we did find that after we borrowed someone else’s battery and hooked it up. The heat pump worked fine along with the water pump. If the battery is replaced on this unit, it would be a five star rental for sure. Great communication from the owner easy pick up and drop off will definitely rent again.
