Nearly every piece of wood other than the ceiling and a single piece of plywood for closet is upcycled from cabinetry shop scraps, old dressers and other miscellaneous items that were bound for the junkyard never to be used again. We’re really proud of that and hope you take care of her as much as we’ve put love in.

RULES Your entire deposit will be retained for repairs and/or professional cleaning services if any of these are violated: No smoking, vaping or drug use allowed in the vehicle. No climbing or standing on the roof. Messy pet penalty (ie. smells like urine or feces, chewed interior) INSURANCE Renters are required to purchase the additional damage protection plan due to the custom interior. GPS There is a GPS tracker installed in the van. We value your privacy. This is only if the vehicle were to be stolen during your trip. TRAVEL Currently, we only allow up to 100 miles per day in mileage for free. You can drive more than that, but it's $0.35 per mile after 100 miles. The vehicle cannot leave the country (ie. No road trips to Canada, Mexico). For now, please keep the vehicle inside these regions: North East, Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, South East. GPS on board. For destinations beyond these regions, please contact us. FUEL Please return the vehicle with a full tank. If you wish to return the vehicle with less than a full tank, we will retain $125 from your deposit. RETURNING THE VEHICLE Please return the vehicle in the condition that you picked it up. The following will result in a partial deposit return: Remove all trash from the vehicle, sweep and/or vacuum the interior, remove all of your belongings (we do not keep a Lost & Found), or any damage to any of the interior or supplies provided in the vehicle (ie. utensils, pots, pans, etc). RENTAL PICK UP We do not offer delivery of the vehicle. Street parking is available for you personal vehicle while on your trip AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for any damage, tickets, tows or anything pertaining to your personal vehicle if you decide to park it in the street.

We prefer that you pick up your rental from the address provided. Parking your personal vehicle will be the renter's responsibility. While street parking your personal vehicle at the address provided is an option, the residence owner is not responsible for any theft, damage or any protection to/of the personal vehicle.
