Thank you for choosing the Ideal Home camper. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, please follow the guidelines below. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the camper. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Do not smoke near open windows or doors. No candles, incense, or open flames are permitted inside. This is our family’s personal camper—please treat it with care. No vandalism, reckless behavior, or intentional damage will be tolerated. Pets are allowed only with prior written approval, and a pet cleaning fee may apply. Only RV-safe toilet paper (provided) may be flushed—no wipes, feminine products, or trash. Do not climb on the roof or tamper with any exterior components. Follow all instructions for using the fridge, microwave, stovetop, A/C, or heat. If you’re unsure how anything works, please contact us before using it. Two outdoor chairs and a rug are included—return them clean and dry. Use the awning with care and close it during strong winds or when unattended. Damage to the awning will be charged. A fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first-aid kit are onboard—notify us if used. Return the camper in reasonably clean condition: remove all trash, rinse dishes, and sweep any sand or debris. Do not overfill the black or gray tanks—you are responsible for emptying them before checkout unless arranged otherwise. Overflows may result in extra charges. Please avoid letting food, grease, or hair go down drains. Keep the entry steps clean and secure at all times. Do not hang towels or clothing over vents or windows.
