Queen-sized bed with mattress topper (includes sheets and comforter ).
Two full-size bunk beds (includes sheets and comforter). A dinette table with 2 benches makes into a bed (for 1 or a close 2) bring your own bedding. Sofa folds down for a bed (for 1 or a close 2) Bring your own bedding. Please bring your own bath towels, washcloths, extra blankets or sleeping bags, & extra pillows if needed.

To prevent overfilling the holding tanks capacity, it is best to use the campground bathroom & shower facilities. We can only empty holding tanks at the end of the rental period. There are pumping services you can call for dumping for longer rentals. 6. If it is windy, please roll the awning up.
7. Nothing on top of or hanging from the awning.
8. Keep off the ladder and the roof.
9. No sub-leasing to other parties.
10. There will be a lost key charge of $20 for the set for lost keys.
