We have owned this camper since it was new, and used it at the beach, in the mountains and lots of local trips. We have several campers now and decided to start renting this out to folks that want to get into the camping lifestyle.Because this was our personal camper for so many years, it is fully furnished, all of the sewer, water connections and everything needed to enjoy your trip. The trailer is in good shape, it is nearly 20 years old but we keep it in our barn for protection and have replaced the awning in the last year or so.What's includedAll hookups hoses and such for use at a full hookup site with 30 amp electrical connections, water and sewer. You will need to bring your own sheets and blankets. Other things to noteThis camper weighs about 5500 pounds and has an anti sway hitch, you will want to make sure and use that and have a brake controller on your tow vehicle.
