Sleeps 6
trailer into a total spacious 23 feet. There's a rear queen size bed with privacy curtain and a full size dinette bed. There's even a little crib size padded spot by the dinette.
The kitchen has a 3-burner stove, double stainless sink, large fridge with freezer, and a large microwave and a toaster oven. There's a full (all-be-it tiny) bath with shower/tub, so no need to visit the public bathrooms. The dinette has a removable table so you can enjoy eating inside or outside under the awning. The pop-out mattress can be turned back to provide extra seating for two children, no booster seats needed. The white pop-out tent roof provides a light cheerful glow in the camper. Its 3 windows provide a panoramic view of the outside when open. A collapsible wood box (stored under the dinette seat) provides an extra bench seat at the center end of the table. Just grab the crib pad to make it soft.
In the kitchen you'll also find a toaster oven, cabinets stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, dish towels, dish soap and scrubber, and broom with dustpan. There's even a scruffy wrap for the doorway step to help keep dirt out. The bathroom has a medicine cabinet for your personal items. Under the sink you'll find bathroom cleaners, TP and toiletries in case you forgot anything. There's plenty of storage room for your food and clothes. We also provide sheets and blankets, and kitchen towels and dishcloths, TP and 6 towels and washcloths.
In the shelfs behind the dinette bench (under the crib spot) you will find several family games for your use and enjoyment. There are also some fun outdoor games including badminton, soft volleyball, (plastic) horseshoes and nerf tennis.
The camper has air conditioning, furnace, and a screen door to keep out bugs, AM/FM radio and CD player. You can connect your phone to the sound system and play anything you like. There's a tv above the fridge with a usb port so you can bring-your-own movies to watch. If you are camping where wifi is available you can use all the TV apps you usually have at home.At the end of your rental, please put kitchen items away but leave bedding out on the rear bed. Everything gets washed, but it is easier and safer to travel with kitchen items stored away. What's includedWe provide linens and blankets for the 3 beds and towels and washcloths for 6 (stored above the rear bed in plastic.) There's a full set of pots and pans and most utensils a kitchen needs, and dishes, cups, bowls, and a few coffee mugs, dish towels and soap. In the shelves by the dinette are family oriented board and card games.Other things to noteThere are instructions manuals in a binder under the kitchen sink for everything in the camper. No smoking inside the camper please, and thank you.
Most of our renters have us deliver our camper for them. Please let us know if you will be late arriving as we need to deliver the keys to you. We need to take possession back two hours before you have to be out of the camp spot so we have time to prep the camper for travel.

Responsive, accommodating, easy setup
Connie provides flexible and accommodating service, handling delivery and setup, and offering instructions or solutions to issues promptly. Guests appreciate her excellent communication.
Comfortable, well-appointed camper
The camper is clean, well-kept, and comfortable with amenities like a bathroom, kitchen, and AC (though one found it loud). It's well-appointed with dishes, beds for 4, and cooking supplies, though some advise bringing personal bedding.

5.0Connie was super accommodating, agreeing to meet with our friends who we shared the camper with to show them the ropes since we were delayed by several hours due to car trouble on our way to the campground. It was so nice to arrive at our campsite to an already set up camper after a stressful day of travel! The camper was clean, the beds were comfortable and having a bathroom, water and electric available when you’re used to tent camping was great!

5.0My family enjoyed this smaller trailer. We generally are tent campers. It provided everything we needed with the bathroom and sleeping space as well as the kitchen. It was nice to just get up and make coffee in the trailer. 😀

4.0All in all it was much better than sleeping in a tent. There is a convenience of a bathroom nearby and a conditioner. But it was a different experience. The conditioner was very loud and we couldn't sleep with it on. The water supply was a bit limited, although the hostess came the second time to fill up the tank. I also realized that it's always better to bring your own bedding, pillows and blankets just in case. We ended up going to Walmart to get pillows, for example. Same goes for pots and pans - it's a matter of preference whether you like to use your own or what's available. In general, the RV we rented sheltered us well during five nights and the hostess was very accomodating.

5.0It was our first time using a rental camper at a campground but it definitely won't be our last. The camper was perfect for our trip. We were only 5 minutes from the county fair and could go back and forth all day with no trouble. Connie was a fantastic host. She set up the trailer and reviewed everything we needed to know to make our stay carefree.

5.0The camper was just right for what we needed for the weekend. There were a few odd things that happened, like the water lines being full of antifreeze still and a water valve being left open, but overall Connie was very responsive when we had questions and even came back out the next day to give us the key she had forgotten. We had a great time on our trip and would certainly rent from her again!
