1Horrible experience from the start. We thought an RV shop would make the experience super easy, trying to win a customer and potential rv sale. Wrong! They make you buy the black tank clean out line and water hoses. Just a way to sell accessories from their store. This trailer had a 12v DC only fridge, but not stated on the listing. Yet, they chose not to test or charge the single 12v battery in the unit before providing. If they had they would have known the battery would not hold a charge. This made for a super 'fun' weekend dry camping, trying to keep all our food cold and use the trailer, when it only worked while receiving full sun. Any less and there wasn't enough juice to power on the water pump. Their support team was no help and suggested we weren't operating properly or battery must have just died, but didn't offer any help. You'd think they could add a second battery for the highly 12v DC dependant system. They are a RV supercenter after all, but raises questions about their abilities or quality of service. They really did themselves and Jayco a disservice. Never rent or buy from this place.
