You will appreciate the openness of our Mallard M312 layout featuring an arched ceiling measuring in at nearly seven feet. Our Mallard M312 gives you room for the whole family to relax, dine or entertain. Oversized windows let in natural light and spectacular views of the great outdoors. Our Mallard M312 provides a kitchen with efficient wide-open prep area, as well as large base cabinets and huge overhead storage for that extended vacation. Our Mallard M312 offers the perfect fit for your specific needs whether your a couple just getting away or a family of 6 with friends, choose our Mallard M312 and migrate to your favorite get away. Bath and bed linens avaliable upon request.***NO Trailride Events******NO Boondocking***What's includedRegarding amenities & linens. If linens package purchased we provide sheets, blankets, towels and wash rags and no need to wash upon return. No pillows provided.We do provide all kitchenware including plates, bowls, cups, pots n pans, utensils, plastic silverware, electric griddle, toaster and 12 cup coffee pot, no filters provided.Cleaning supplies are provided for we do request that camper be returned in the same cleaned condition it's given and if done so then no cleaning fee will be charged upon return. You do have the option to purchase Post-Rental Cleaning at discounted rate before hand if you don't want to worry about cleaning camper when done. 1 roll of rv toilet paper per day of rental is provided. DO NOT USE HOME TOILET PAPER, MUST USE RV TOILET PAPER and seating for 5 with outdoor camping chairs.TV has apps if internet is available and has built in HD receiver for possible local channels.We also supply 20lbs of propane, no need to refill before returning. All necessary water, power & sewer items for hook up provided. Also provide weight distribution hitch which will make towing smoother. Being a family of 5, we were always looking for something our family could enjoy doing but didn't break the bank. Growing up in Texas from a large family that always went tent camping, it felt natural to do the same with my family. I remember when we finally graduated to a camper from a tent, nothing big or fancy, just a pop-up with no ac, so basically a tent but just more stable & off the ground. Well 5 campers later over 20 years we came to our Mallard, "Mallory". She is such a great family camper and we have made so many memories with her we decided to start renting her out and we got so much joy seeing families enjoy her, whether it was there 1st time rv'ing or pros. It was just meant to be, so we decided to start a little rv rental business & so we added a 2nd unit & over the next 12 months added 3 more and now rent 6 campers.
