This camper sleeps up to 7 but I say 5-6 comfortably. Super easy to tow and set up is a breeze. Two Queen comfy beds, one XL twin bed, and a toddler sized small twin. Tons of storage. Connect to water and electric at camp, or you can fill the water and head to the boondocks for some off-grid camping. 1 full 20lb propane included with stay for $20, or we'll mount yours for free.

Camper has an inside full private bath with shower! Of course, Cold AC, heat, and hot water heater! Fridge/freezer, 2 burner stove, microwave and convection oven. Outside shower. Manual popup awning for outside, so you can sit comfortably in the shade no matter how many trees are around you. Bluetooth stereo system inside and out for jamming to your favorite tunes, DVD player that runs to the digital TV! (if you turn it on) There's even a hammock for you to use!

Camper comes with lots of amenities; pots/pans/utensils, paper plates/TP/trashbags, spices and a few little things that we've come to realize are super nice to have when you're out enjoying life. We provide pretty much everything you need to cook and a few extras, but not linens. Most want to bring their own, but we can provide as an add on if you'd like!

Comes with all plug adapters, hoses, distribution hitch, sway bar, electric jack, and more. You seriously cannot find a cooler camper that you can still pull with a 6cyl or SUV. (please make sure you know your tow rating, we have an SUV and ours is 4k max)

The trailer has brakes, so if you don't have a brake controller we can provide a Bluetooth one for $20. (a 7 pin adapter is needed) Dry weight of the camper is 2950. 3750 max loaded with stuff. We will send a full list of amenities so you can pack and walk thru everything with you when you pick up; so don't worry!

Delivery/pickup is available within 60 miles.

Sm. dogs (2) or (1) med dog are welcome with pet package. (no cats)

Other things to note

No smoking, no climbing on the roof, etc. Power awning usage not allowed. Check out time is 3-6 pm. Check in is before 3 on return date. We are flexible with these times though, just let us know what your plans are.

Please return the camper as it was when you got it! We will add a cleaning fee if it's returned un-clean. You must empty the grey and black water tanks if you use them before returning.... Oh and have a wonderful time!
