We have loved this spacious home away from home for our family. We had it situated at a lake property for several years. It had room for our 3 kids and they could each bring a friend to camp with us. Smores, Games nights, movies, family meals in on rainy days and meals out around a campfire. Sadly....our kids are grown and We are empty nesters that don't use it often. We want to share our RV with families who are looking to make long lasting memories. A queen bedroom with doors for privacy. It has a tv/DVD player that rotates around to the queen bedroom so you can lounge and watch a movie or turn the tv to the main living area for a family movie night (DVD's included). Indoor/outdoor Stereo speakers. It has two slides (one in the main kitchen/living area and one in the back bunk room). Bunk room at the back can sleep 4 comfortably and has a door for privacy. There's even a retro Sony TV with old school Play station and games! There are 2 doors into the trailer (the main door & one in the bathroom). The RV will be Fully cleaned/disinfected. I'm a clean freak...so know that it will be spic and span when you rent from me and I will expect it to be returned in the same condition (with the exception of towels and linens which I will wash). The Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery, kitchen towels, toaster, microwave, pots, fry pan, bakeware etc. You just need to bring food!
Bedding (sheets/comforter/pillows) provided for the queen bed. 4 Additional pillows provided for other beds. Bath, hand, and face towels included. Electric Awning included. A/C & Heat. If you are towing yourself, a Minimum of a 3/4 ton truck is required, and experience towing a 32' trailer. What's included4 Camp chairs provided. BBQ (it is in the storage compartment) and it attaches to the outside of the RV (no propane needed as it uses the RV propane). 6 Beach towels included. Cards & board games included. Roasting sticks, Portable propane campfire (Propane Cost extra- $25 see "add ons" to pay for the tank of propane). Outdoor fun (Frisbee, Sand-toys, swim noodles)

We are Empty Nesters that love to escape the winters in a warm place (it's snowy here...brrr). We recently put a pool in our yard and summers are now spent with our growing family of 15 (7 grandkids) poolside instead of camping. 15 of us won't fit in the RV anymore! We hope you can make as many great memories in the trailer as we have over the years. We love hosting guests at our home, and this will be a fun new venture hosting YOU in our RV. I love to make everyone feel special when they visit my home, this will be an extension of that.
