Our RV is a perfect fit for a family. Easy set up, nice spacious room, a bedroom with a queen bed, double bunks on other end with privacy curtain, a dinette conversion bed, and a fold out couch. The queen bed and bunks come with fresh linens. A Restroom that is accessible from both outside and inside. Towels and washcloths are included. The kitchen is also stocked with basic supplies. What's includedWe have fresh linens, towels, washcloths, dinnerware, utensils, coffee maker, a few pots and pans, and other cooking utensils. There are 2 camping chairs, small folding table, and some campfire cookware, as well as marshmallow sticks. Other things to noteNo Smoking
