Comms before the rental were great. Trailer was immaculate and hosts were super nice and very accommodating. Explained everything well, provided all the necessities, and sent us on our way. Had zero issues with the trailer. During the trip, we had a couple questions about trip logistics and the hosts were both responsive and helpful. Fridge did take a day to get cold but worked great after that. Pickup location was easy for anything around Kalispell. Highly recommend!
