2019 Keystone RV Springdale
Springdale is a 2019, 25' trailer, recently purchased from a dealership, super clean and in great working order.One Queen-size, super comfy conventional mattress and the dinette makes up into another Queen bed. Lots of storage, great kitchen with a large sink, 3 burner gas range with an oven, microwave, mid-size refrigerator with separate freezer, roomy bathroom with a built in medicine cabinet and vanity storage, shower that can accommodate tall people comfortably.Flat screen tv, satellite, wifi router, radio/cd player with usb, nice speaker system inside and out, hot water heater, super cold air conditioning, and a nice toasty furnace. The large windows in the back end around the dinette provides terrific views, windows over the sink and 2 in the 'master' bedroom plus two ceiling vent/fans allow great ventilation. There are many grounded outlets in the rig plus usb ports in the entertainment center to easily charge your electronics.What's includedOur renters tell us that all they needed to bring was personal items, clothing and sporting goods. Included with the rental is full kitchen equipment and supplies including a single cup coffee maker, Toaster, electric kettle, pots & pans including a cast iron skillet that can be used over a fire on the stainless rack - also included. Kitchen bed & bath linens, six bed pillows and assorted toss pillows. Cleaning supplies, starter supplies of tp and paper towels, and toilet chemicals.
Outside, four new, large, comfy (300 lb. capacity) camp chairs, plastic rug, doormat, folding table, table cloth and a little propane bbq that heats up quick and cooks a mean steak in no time. A full inventory list is posted on our Facebook page, "Northern Lights Trailer Rentals".
RecommendationsWestern Michigan, on the coast of Lake Michigan, from Ludington to the Traverse City area is loaded with gorgeous scenery, tons of campgrounds, lots of state forests, hiking, water sports, stars and quiet, if that is what you want. We have dunes up and down the coast and lots of small lakes with public access and beaches. It is a tourist economy here especially in the summer, so visitors are catered to. If you like antiquing and thrifting, we have it. Shopping - uh-huh. Great restaurants and bars, yup. All kinds of events and festivals - we have got 'em. Other things to noteWe can deliver and set up our trailer, that delivery and pick up fee is $200. I will consider a request to pick up the trailer and drive it yourself if you have TONS of experience towing and have the appropriately equipped tow vehicle to tow 7000 lbs.
We allow small to medium size dogs, no more than two. No smoking or vaping inside the trailer please. No open flame inside the trailer. Let me know if you have any particular needs for a comfy life in the trailer and I will see if I can accommodate you. I started my trailer rental business in the summer of 2022 with the purchase of a 2019 Springdale 20 foot trailer - 25 if you count the tongue. I've always been an enthusiastic host, love making people comfortable and happy. I also have a Riverside Retro RV Silver Dream, a darling little 16 foot rig small enough that a lot of SUV's can tow it. Its great for a long weekend, makes a cozy guest room with a super comfy queen bed, dinette, bathroom and storage.
The trailers are outfitted with all the essentials and a few extras. All you need to bring are your personal items, groceries and sports equipment, the tools for living are there. Email me if you would like an inventory so you don't bring a lot of stuff you don't need.
I can deliver either rig to your camping spot, set it up for you to enjoy, and then pick it up when you are finished. All you have to do is show up with your personal items and have fun! The picture in my profile is of the larger trailer, the Springdale.
If you have a vehicle outfitted with a tow package and have experience towing, you can pick up the trailer from my location in Kaleva, Michigan. I will deliver within a 60 mile radius of Kaleva.

Janet was very accommodating and very easy to work with. The trailer was well equipped. All you really need is to bring your clothes and food to have a great camping experience. We would definitely rent from her again.

We prefer to deliver and set up however, if you have TONS of experience towing a travel trailer and your tow vehicle is equipped appropriately to tow a minimum of 7000 lbs, we will consider that option.
