• Generally the folks running the campsites will see that this is an RV meant for camping and will not require you to throw up a tent. If you use the private camping options this is never a problem.
• Many of my guests have stayed at and enjoyed Spencer Beach just North of Kona.Other things to notePlease:
No smoking in the vehicle.
No drinking and driving.
No Mauna Kea the road is too steep not even the visitor center.
No pets.
No off roading - no rough gravel roads.
No covered parking EVER.
No drive thrus - McDonals, Taco Bell, etc
Stay away from low hanging tree branches.
Have someone get out and guide you while backing up especially at night. Sometimes even during the day as multiple guests have backed in to things in the middle of the day.
