Review summary

Inconsistent communication and support
While many found the host helpful, responsive, and professional for check-in and questions, others reported poor communication, late pickup details, missed guidance calls, and inadequate troubleshooting advice for breakdowns.
Rough drive, extensive amenity failures
The RV has worn, balding tires and poor alignment, resulting in a rough ride. It features a non-working onboard generator, failing external generator, broken refrigerator/freezer, non-functional heating, faulty AC, and numerous interior and safety defects.

2.0I had quite a different experience than these other reviews. Starting with communication... Communication is not great. I asked several times (through the app and via text and phone call) the address for the RV pickup, I finally received that within an hour of the pickup time. On arrival, there was no one around. No one was there to walk me through the RV or its systems or use. Cody did call and say he was not going to be there. We planned that I would call him when I arrived and verbally walk through it. I called. He did not answer. By the time he returned my call, I was already on the road. Luckily, I have a friend in the RV business who was able to walk me through the essentials. The first thing to notice is that the RV was dirty on the exterior, had not been washed. The pictures show a nice clean RV exterior. This is not reality, on top of being dirty, it is also scratched, dented, and faded. The interior did appear clean, however, there was rotten bananas and other peoples toiletry items in the cabinet. The on-board generator does not work, so you have to use the pull start, externally mounted generator on the back of the RV. This is an inconvenience. Especially, since the generator is required to run the air condition for the RV space, it will be running for the entirety of your drive (your passengers will die of heat exhaustion if it is not running). The generator will also randomly stop running. You will know this happens when your sweaty children pop there heads in and tell you its getting hot. So, then you have to stop on the side of the highway, get out, and pull start the generator again. For this privilege you get to pay $3.50 per generator use hour (this is pretty much like a hotel sending you an electric bill for your stay). When I received the RV, started up the generator, and turned on the air condition to cool the back area, it was not working. It came on, but nothing was blowing out. I had to "trouble shoot and repair" this myself, to determine that the filter was completely clogged, and the internal duct work was messed up blocking the air flow. This repaired, the air conditioning worked great for the remainder of the trip. The refrigerator and freezer stopped working on day 2. I did reach out to the contact number for any assistance. I received a reply several hours later, with some follow-up questions on what to look for. However, on vacation with my family, I am not going to take the time to tinker with and fix an RV refrigerator that should have been working. By the time the refrigerator went bad, we lost approximately $100 worth of food, and had to make other dining arrangements for the entirety of our trip. The air conditioning in the drivers area, cab of the vehicle, mostly works. It blows warm for a while, at random times, then gets cold (usually). On the interior, the dinette table leg is broken (I zip tied it so it wouldn't fall off), a cabinet door stays open (I taped it shut). The backup camera does not work (another item, that I was told how to fix). The sewer pipe is missing a connection on the end that goes into the ground at the camp site. So, you have to find a rock or something heavy to put on it. I used my sons foot, while I emptied the black/grey tank. The tires are worn, and starting to bald. Additionally, the alignment is off, so the ride is a rough and bumpy one. In spite of, we did have a fun time on the trip. We arrived at all of our sites and home safely and sound! When a product is purchased, there should be an expectation that things will work as they should. There should not be a bunch of tweaks and fixes that the purchaser has to do in order to make things work. If I wanted to spend time working on an RV I would have just bought my own. Will not be using or recommending RV for America.

4.0The Owner was very nice and accommodating. The RV was in good condition and my trip went well. The only concern I had was the generator on the back. It needed to be put on the ground to use it and I could not lift it. Something to keep in mind.
