Heated tanks all the amenities to make your outdoor time feel like home. What's includedI will include the hitch and weight distribution bars. Also leveling blocks and a black water tank solution, as well as toilet paper. There is an assortment of cooking items and a coffee pot. There are also some DVD movies. RecommendationsWe mainly go to the dunes and ride, but have taken it up and down the Oregon Coast and to Central Oregon.Other things to noteno smoking, no drugs, treat it like you are making the payment. Clean up after your self. Our family uses this as well and we want you to enjoy it please be be respectful and have fun. Also no sand camping and please stay on well maintained gravel roads and designated camping sites. Also has 35 gallon onboard fueling station. Please empty all tanks before you return it otherwise a 100 dollar charge will be added. Please refill propane tank before you return trailer or a 50 dollar charge will occur.
