2020 Heartland Pioneer BH270 - ‘Homeaway’
~Make yourself at home in our ‘home away’ from home.-
* Queen-sized bed,
* 2 - double bunk beds
* Fold out sofa
* Dinette conversion that is a full size.The kitchen has three burners, oven and microwave with a refrigerator and freezer combo. Unit is throughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. All linens and towels are washed after each use. All dishes, utensils, and glasses are properly sanitized after each use.The bathroom has toilet and shower tub combo and a vanity. Plenty of storage and there are two TVs, one located in the bedroom and one in the main area.
There is an outdoor "shower" which just means there is cold and hot water located on the exterior of the RV that has a hose for washing off boots, gear, or kids....
It sleeps 4 in real beds. Has fold out couch - double and dinette- bunk beds are full and can sleep 2 in each bunk. Can sleep up to 8 if needed.No smoking.
We do allow dogs BUT they Must be left in a crate if left alone. No grooming or bathing the dog/dogs in the RV. If there is damage or strong odor from pets or smoking, it will result in lose of security deposit.This RV is Delivery Only. We will deliver and setup everything so you can just come and enjoy your time away!! This was by far the best experience I have had in renting a camper. The owners were so helpful before and during our stay. The camper was absolutely beautiful inside, even with fresh flowers. They left a sweet note and banner for my daughters event. Also, a nice snack basket for us to enjoy. They have a corn hole board and chairs set up outside. I forgot my fan for the nightstand and was going to have to buy one. I looked in the bedroom cabinet and there was one there. We ran out of shampoo and they had a bottle in the medicine cabinet for us. They really think of everything. We could not be happier with our trip.
