This is a Comfy- very amenity loaded fifth wheel. Hydraulic self leveling system keeps this big rig very stable, the outside has a outdoor entertainment area at the rear right aft side with a television dvd/bluetooth radio head unit mini fridge and a sink behind the lift gate, has plenty of underbelly storage. the inside has 2 full bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The Master contains a king size bed big sliding closet and storage under the bed as the middle hinges up. and some drawers under the television. both bathrooms have shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet. The back room has a couch/pullout bed and a two upper guardrail bunks and plenty of storage so you do not have to cram everything in one room. The rig has central heat and Air conditioning with two side AC control. there are big windows throughout the rig but for external privacy there are big draw shades. TV's , fire place and loud bluetooth audio in the living room/kitchen area. the couch is quite big and can seat many. the kitchen contains an 18 Cu.Ft fridge and upper freezer, a 3 burner stove , internal oven and a full size microwave. The Kitchen has a pretty good size storage pantry that can fit plenty into and even a separate cabinet for dishes/appliance storage. The 5th wheel is awesome big and comfy, definitely a place to kick your feet back and relax on the beach, in the woods, or wherever you decide you want to go as the options are limitless !What's includedfresh linen, full propane tanks, empty black and grey tanks.RecommendationsDO NOT shove anything in the toilets or sinks. Nothing should go in the toilet that is not degradable RV toilet paper. make sure you get the self leveling completed light on the control panel when offloading from vehicle Other things to note-Pets are welcome, just ensure to clean up after them
