5.0We really enjoyed our time in the National Parks near Jackson. Doug did a great job communicating. We appreciated that he delivered the trailer to the campground as we were traveling from some distance. He got in line early morning on the day we were coming to obtain a camp site at the first come first serve campground. He supplied camping gear - stove, pots and pans, chairs, receiver hitch, etc... We should have brought additional chairs because he only had two. We should have brought our own eating utensils as they were an assortment of forks, spoons, knives, and plates. I definitely would recommend this trailer for the convenience of the location to National Parks and for Doug's helpfulness in delivery to the campground. Every time we left the campground in the morning and saw the long line of campers waiting for a spot we were grateful for the effort. The trailer was comfortable and well maintained. Also, drop off of the camper was easy. I even left something in the camper and Doug mailed it to me within a week.

5.0We had an outstanding experience with this rental. It was perfect for our family of 5 for a week-long camping trip. Our kids loved the bunk beds, the shower/toilet was a major plus; queen-sized bed was comfortable; great kitchenette; awning came in handy as it rained during our trip; lots of cabinets and storage space; heater worked well; very CLEAN and new feeling. So many great features and extras added in the camper that made it particularly comfortable. Everything worked well and one minor issue we had at the beginning was quickly resolved by the owner. The owners were friendly, accommodating, easy to work with and provided excellent communication. Would definitely rent from them again! Thank you!!!
