· Renters are responsible for tire damage. If you think it’s due to negligence, bring the tire back for a professional evaluation; reimbursement depends on the result.
· Standard pick-up is at 3pm (±30 minutes) and drop-off is at 11am (±30 minutes).
· Early pick-up and late drop-off are available for an additional fee. The earliest pick-up is 7:30am, and the latest drop-off is 6pm.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

At our family-owned business, we value our customer's needs and strive to accommodate your schedules. We will inquire about the most convenient pickup and drop-off times for you. Normal pick up is 3pm and drop off is at 11am with a 30-minute gracing period will be honored. Optimize your schedule by taking advantage of our late drop-off & early pick-up service which will remove your stress and grants you additional time for relaxation. The earliest pick up is 7am and the latest drop off is 6pm
