The kitchen peninsula and couch make for a great area for all to gather and get refreshments or just enjoy movie together.This unit comes stocked with linens, cups, plates, bowls, eating and cooking utensils. Linens include towels, hand towels, wash cloths, sheets and blankets for the beds. Bunks will be stocked with a sheet and pillow and sleeping bags on request. Please verify how many the unit will be sleeping so we can stock it with the right quantity of linens.This unit boasts a private queen bedroom upfront with lots of storage and a tv.

This can be used as a garage, storage, bedroom, or enclosed porch. There are plexiglass doors to separate you from the outdoors and create a sunroom type living quarters. The ramp can be lowered during loading and unloading. It also has the ability to be suspended to create a raised back deck area. This is great for uncovered deck space to hang out and play some cards or ear your dinner. It's a crowd favorite.This unit is equipped with a Onan generator that will support and run off grid. The gas tank for this generator runs off the storage tank in the back and holds up to 30 gallons. There is a fueling station located on the back of the unit to pump fuel into your 2 or 4 wheel toys. You're responsible to bringing this unit filled up to the same level as it was when picked up. This will be verified at pickup and return.Camping chairs are included, verify how many guests you will have to make sure we stock appropriately.

No leaving the awning unattended, extended during storm, or out overnight, (on applicable units, some do not operate and a canopy is provided instead)
Bypassing of any gps or tracking unit for rv will result in immediate cancellation, renter will be required to return immediately, and no refund will be issued, any damages to gps unit caused by removal or tampering will result in forfeiture of part or all of security deposit.
No speeding, the best speed for most units is between 60-65 mph
If renter runs a toll, all costs and associated extended costs will be billed to renter.
Only the approved drivers on the contract can drive or tow unit.
Boondocking must be reported prior to pickup so WandRpod can provide detailed instructions.
