New 2022 Salem Forest River trailer with enough space for 5 people, but small enough that you can haul with an s.u.v. This trailer is fully equipped with all the essential appliances to make you feel at home while you're camping. This rig is fully equipped with 1 bunk bed (top and bottom twin sized beds) , 1 queen size bed and a dining table that can be converted into a bed, propane stove, microwave, ventilation/ceiling fan, AC/heater, small tv, full water heater system and enough storage space underneath the the queen sized bed, seats of the dining table, and under the bottom bunk bed for all of your adventure gear. Our Casita away from home is the ideal rig for anyone that has a S.U.V with the capacity to haul 5000 lbs. In you're planning on staying in Indiana, Turkey Run is a great place. The Brown County KOA is amazing. Within miles of the state park and downtown Nashville IN, there's a great little town for shopping and eating.
Other things to note
We do allow 1 pet for an additional $35 a night (up to 60 lbs, and breed discretion). No smoking/vaping inside the trailer. No climbing on the roof of the trailer. Hello. The trailer sleeps 5 people. Smoking of any kind in the trailer is not allowed (including vaping). There will be a fee accessed if smoking is detected. We will have the trailer cleaned the same way we would like it returned. If propane is used, we would want the amount replaced, etc. There is an additional $35/night for a pet, and we will allow 1 pet up to 60lbs. There is no roof access allowed like climbing up on the trailer etc. Thank you!

Great rental experience with Ron and Leeann. They are excellent hosts and easy to work with. They walked through everything before leaving and had clear instructions provided in the RV with additional information. Would certainly rent from them again.
