55 Stars – Perfect Camper Van for an Epic Adventure! We rented the ‘Roaming Ruby’ for a multi-week road trip through Banff, Glacier, Yellowstone, and Grand Teton, and it was absolutely perfect. The van was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding. It handled mountain roads and long stretches with ease, and the fuel efficiency was better than expected. The layout was super functional, making it easy to cook, sleep, and relax after long days of hiking and wildlife spotting. The pop-top was a game-changer! The solar setup and battery system kept us powered up the whole time. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive, and pickup/drop-off was hassle-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better home on wheels. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the great outdoors in comfort and style!.

5Paul is 1st class all the way! Can’t give enough stars!! He saved our vacation after a last minute cancellation of our other reservation. So nice and gave so much information. Easy communication. The van was awesome! We toured Yellowstone & Cody & Red Lodge. We slept great and had zero issues! Definitely put this van on your list to rent!!!

5This was our first trip using RV and we had a fantastic experience. Paul is a wonderful person - he really took care of lot of details and was very helpful whenever we had a question. We received a five-star treatment - I highly recommend using his RV.

What is a supplemental rental agreement (SRA) and why do you require one to be signed?
A.
A supplemental rental agreement is a separate agreement between myself, the host, and you, the renter, that helps protect each of us regarding items that are not specifically covered in some platform contracts, such as you can not be on the roof for any reason, what happens if keys are lost, abandoned vehicle retrieval are just a few of the items. Outdoorsy usually allows me to contact the renter directly so I can send a copy of the SRA before you begin your trip.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We have a great deal of flexibility for pick up and returns. Just verify with us first.

Why doesn't the bedding and kitchen supplies come standard?
A.
This RV is often used for the day trips in between hotel stays. The convenience of having a small vehicle that seats 7 with a clean restroom as well as the option to have cold beverages and simple meals and snacks at your fingertips is what most families value. By having add on options we can keep costs down for renters who choose to use this RV as their "driving through the national park" vehicle but want to stay in hotels or with family.

Do I need to return the RV with a the fuel and propane tanks filled?
A.
Yes, the fuel tank and propane tanks need to be filled before returning. If they have not been filled the add-on fees for these services will be deducted from the security deposit.
