RecommendationsOur travel trailer is located in beautiful Utah! We are close to Bear Lake and not far from Idaho. Goblin Valley, Green River and Moab are our favorite places to take this travel trailer. Arches and Canyonlands national parks have endless hikes for the entire family. There are lots of free camping areas close to Goblin Valley. You can also head north to Island Park, Idaho close to Yellowstone, or keep going all the way up to Glacier national park. The possibilities are endless!Other things to noteWe just ask that you take care of this camper like it was yours!
Stairs - the door needs to be opened all the way for the stairs to come down/open. The legs are also adjustable, please adjust proper height to avoid damaging the floor where the stairs are connected.
Awning - the door needs to be closed halfway for the awning to come down. If the door is open the awning arms will get damaged. Also please bring in the awning at night and also if it is windy.
Murphy Bed- The bed has a pull lock lever that keeps the bed down while sleeping. This prevents you from falling into the storage area! Please pull the lever every time you pull down/put up the bed.
Toilet - for the toilet to flush properly you push down half way to let the bowl fill with water and then push down all the way to flush. If you do not let the bowl fill up it leaves a mess. Please only use the toilet paper we provide. Do not put wipes or feminine products down the toilet.
Return Fees - We really do expect our renters to take care of this camper like it was their own. If the trailer comes back dirty we will hold $100 of the deposit for cleaning. We provide a broom/dust pan, swifter mop, and cleaning wipes. This also includes the outside of the trailer as well. Thank you for taking care of our trailer.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will always try to accommodate our renters to the best of our ability. You can always send us a request and we will let you know if we are able to make it work for you.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes! The first and most important is TAKE YOUR TIME! If you take your time and pay attention you wont need to worry or stress. The second is have your partner help. Communicate with your cell phone when backing up and a quick walk around to double check will ensure a stress free trip.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
All campgrounds are set up a little different. We will take our time during the walk through to show and teach. We will also include instructions just in case you need a reminder. Generally it is as simple as plugging in the electrical cord, connecting a water hose, and the sewage hose. If you want to dry camp or boondock we will help coordinate where and how to fill up the fresh water tank.
