It comes with all the amenities needed to have a great time excluding linens and towels. I've installed a new queen mattress with foam topper to ensure your comfort. The trailer also has cozy bunk-beds and a kitchen table that can be converted into a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, Electric Fireplace, and two gas burners.The camper has a full selection of dvds, games, camping toys, lights and supplies as well as a folding table and 2 reclining chairs to relax in.The roku tv is mounted above the bed next to the door and is not shown in pictures. the Tv is a 32" and is on a movable cantilever wall mount. What's included**Delivery Only Preferred (This saves you time and money on the insurance policy).** Drop off at 2-4pm and pick up at 11am-12pm.Our Camper comes very clean with flat panel Roku-TV, DVD player, Coffee Maker, Cups, Bowls, Plates, Pots and Pans, Cooking utensils, Outdoor cooktop/burner, Propane Grill, Bluetooth Speaker, Games, Camping Lights, Outdoor Rug, etc.*Delivery available within 300 miles of Hutto, TX.Includes an adequate supply of paper towels, Tank Treatment and toilet paper. Recommendations Lake Georgetown, Bastrop State Park, Granger, Inks Lake, or any of the always charming Texas State Parks.Other things to noteDogs are welcome, no cats please (2 dog max.) No Smoking Please.All dishes & cooking gear must be washed and returned to proper location.Cleaning fees will be charged if the unit is returned, with soiled/stained mattress & cushions, or with full tanks, dirty dishes, & trash. This Coleman camper was a great way to spend the weekend. The inside is exactly as you see. Very clean and comfortable with all we needed for a family of 4. Matt quickly responded to our request and was very helpful with getting us set up. I recommend this camper and would definitely reserve again. Thanks Matt!
