This coach is offered as a delivery only.
Additional fees will be charged if the following occur:
*Any delay in delivery/setup or pick-up caused by miscommunication of the renter or inaccessibility of the delivery site, exceeding 30 minutes beyond the agreed upon delivery or pick-up time will be subject to a fee of $150/hour.
*Deliveries or pick-ups requested before 10am or after 3pm, will be subject to an additional $150 (in addition to standard delivery charge).
*If boondocking, the Dump Fee add-on will be required with the rental.
• There will be a $250 additional cleaning fee if the coach requires considerably more effort to clean, beyond basic cleaning.
Evidence of any of the following actions will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit:
*Moving the coach once it has been delivered
*Manipulating the slide-outs
*Manipulating the leveling jacks
*Climbing on the outside rear ladder of the coach
*Standing, walking, crawling, laying or storing items on the roof of the coach. Roof access is completely prohibited
*Smoking in the coach
*Pets staying in the coach
*Tampering with any on-board systems, including electrical, gas, plumbing, appliances or any part of the coach structure
*Deliberate misuse of any item on the coach (this can be a grey area; just ask if you're unsure)
