Erik was easy to work with and the camper was in good shape with the exception of the awning having been torn off by a previous renter. The mattress on the bed was not as plush as we have had on other rentals. This suited our needs.

Erik was very friendly, flexible, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was flexible on the pickup and drop-off times to fit our schedule and took the time to walk us through everything on the RV before we left, which we appreciated. Overall, the camper worked well for our family of four. It towed nicely, had plenty of room, and served its purpose well during our trip. There were a couple of issues we ran into. When we arrived to pick up the camper, we were informed that the awning had been broken off and would not be available for use. It wasn't a major issue for us, but the listing specifically mentions the large awning as a feature, so that was disappointing. We were also told that the black and grey tanks had been emptied prior to pickup. However, when we started using the bathroom, it became apparent that there was still waste in the tanks due to the odor, and we ended up avoiding using the facilities until we reached our next campground and could dump them ourselves. While dumping the tanks, grey water unexpectedly rushed out as soon as the cap was removed, creating a very unpleasant mess. It appeared the grey valve may have been left partially open or closed after being checked without the cap removed. I would strongly recommend adding an additional waste valve near the outlet to prevent this from happening in the future. After properly emptying both tanks and adding tank treatment, everything functioned normally for the remainder of our trip. Despite those concerns, Erik was great to work with, and the camper ultimately met our needs for the vacation.

Everything was as stated. Everything worked great, fridge, cold A/C, mini fridge, stove, bathroom, all the lights and awning. No issues with drop off or pick up, Erik was super easy to work with and was flexible for pick up and drop off which we really appreciated! My family had a great time in the camper. Would rent again.
