5Absolutely phenomenal experience with these hosts. The RV that we received was not the original RV we reserved, that one was not returned on time by the previous clients. We arrived at the location and were given an upgraded RV that was clean and ready to go. Check out was easy and well explained to us. Once we were on the road we encountered an issue with the generator, and it turned out the inverter was shot. We called Roaming Bears and they worked with us and sent a mobile tech out to the middle of Kansas (since we were parked at a festival), who repaired the inverter for us and we had a great festival. Overall, even though there were problems they were resolved quickly and we will absolutely use them again.
