Welcome to our brand new travel trailer! It is in immaculate condition and ready to rock and roll!
It can easily sleep 7 and light enough to be towed with many SUVs! The murphy bed is a bonus, because you still have couch space in a small trailer, and it converts to a queen bed. Wide bunks in the back can sleep 2 adults on the bottom and 2 kids on top. Our table sits 4 and converts into a small bed as well.
Optional Upgrades:
Generator Rental : $75/per night (unlimited hours)
Dumping black/gray tanks fee : $150/per trip (if returned full)
Propane Fee : $30/per trip (or return with full for free)
Linen Rental : $30 (sheets for all beds and 7 towel sets)
We offer delivery and set up service.

Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, large bowls for mixing or food prep, cutting board, knives, bottle openers, coffee machine, outside camp grill, camp chairs, a few board games, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, sewer hoses, water hose and more! If there’s something we missed, just ask!
Other things to note
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the RV. Evidence of Smoking (smell or debris, including vapor smell) is not allowed and determined at the sole discretion of Owners and will forfeiture your Security Deposit.
Towing:
The tow vehicle must be appropriate to pull the trailer.
While being towed, the travel trailer may not be occupied by passengers.
