I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RV RENTAL. The pictures posted on the website do not reflect the actual condition of the RV. In reality, the RV was worn out, damaged, and poorly maintained. We were charged a cleaning fee before the trip, but when we received the RV, it was extremely dirty. The cleaning fee was never refunded, and the RV was not properly prepared for our arrival. I was honestly afraid to let my children stay inside because of the condition it was in. On the first day of our rental, I spent about 4 hours cleaning the RV myself before we could even start our vacation. The windows inside the RV were also extremely dirty. When I wiped the bottom areas of the windows, my cleaning cloth became completely black from the dirt and grime that had built up. There was also a broken section of glass in the entrance door, which created a safety concern throughout our entire trip. I was constantly worried that one of my children could get injured while entering or exiting the RV. After returning the RV, our security deposit was not returned at all. They looked for reasons to keep it, including claims that we believe were not justified. We returned the RV in a significantly better condition than we received it. We cleaned it thoroughly and took care of it during our trip, even though it was not delivered to us in an acceptable condition. This rental was a huge disappointment from the moment we saw the RV. If we had canceled, we would have lost a large portion of our money, so we cleaned it as much as we could and continued with our trip. However, this experience negatively affected our vacation, and I would not wish this kind of experience on anyone. I strongly recommend that future renters carefully consider this before booking.
