1. No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the camper.
2. No pets allowed without prior written approval.
3. Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number listed in the rental agreement.
4. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
Camper Care
1. Please remove muddy shoes before entering.
2. Do not move or remove furniture, mattresses, or appliances.
3. Do not place hot pans or grills on countertops or tables.
4. Keep windows and doors closed during rainstorms.
5. Do not flush anything except RV-safe toilet paper.
Refrigerator & Food
1. No fish, bait, or game animals may be stored inside the camper or camper refrigerator.
2. Clean spills immediately.
3. Remove all personal food items before checkout.
Boat Add-On Rules
1. The 12-foot fishing boat is available as an add-on only.
2. Life jackets must be worn according to local regulations.
3. Guests assume all risks associated with boat use.
4. The trolling motor is provided; guests are responsible for proper operation and care.
5. Return the boat clean and free of trash.
