We are flexible with check-in and check-out time. Please let us know how we can accommodate.
NO SMOKING is permitted inside the RV. If there is evidence of smoking there will be a $250 fee deducted from the security deposit.
RV will be inspected, sanitized, and cleaned before your arrival. This is a mandatory $125 fee. We ask that the unit be returned in the same general condition that you received it. If a significant cleaning is required, an additional $125 will be deducted from your deposit.
Pets are allowed with a Pet fee per pet. Max 2 Pets.
When the RV is delivered or picked up and the driver has to wait longer than 30 minutes there will be a $50 late fee for every 30 minutes thereafter.
Renter is responsible for tolls if any. This will be charged upon your return and deducted from your security deposit.
Owner is NOT responsible for any personal items left behind from renter.
