Flexible, but critical power disclosure
Many praised Levi's flexibility with pickup/drop-off and communication. However, one guest accused him of dishonesty for not disclosing the lack of an included power source for AC/electricity, leading to an unusable rental.
Functional, with critical undisclosed needs
The camper is functional with cold AC and a comfortable bed. However, issues included an un-emptied black tank, under-inflated tires, no bathroom sink, and crucially, no included power source for AC/electricity was disclosed.

3.0Overall, this was a good rental. The host was very flexible with early pickup and drop-off, which made the whole experience much easier. The camper was functional, the bed was comfortable, the A/C blew ice cold, and the fridge kept everything nice and chilly. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is because of a couple of maintenance items that should have been caught before pickup. We discovered the black tank wasn't empty when we picked it up. Shame on us for not checking before we hit the road, but we also weren't expecting to spend the weekend transporting a stranger's "souvenirs" a few hundred miles. Nothing says "road trip" quite like unknowingly hauling someone else's poop across state lines. We also found the trailer tires were inflated to only ~37 PSI, even though the tires themselves are marked for 60 PSI. Fortunately, we caught it before getting too far and were able to air them up, but that's another item that really should be part of the pre-rental checklist. Once we got those issues sorted out, everything else worked as expected, and we had a great trip.

5.0Levi was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make our weekend stay top notch. The unit came as advertised and we were very satisfied with the whole package. Would use again.

1.0Dishonest! Puts emphasis on air condition in the ad but no mention of the lack of any included power source! Took advantage of us as newbies and dropped the camper off at the site without even bothering to mention to us that there was no electrical hook-up and that we would need to provide our own power source. Totally unethical . I understand that we should always do our due diligence as novices, but a decent person would have informed us that there was no power source at the specified RV site and that we needed to provide our own, we rented it for an ENTIRE WEEK. Did he think we were gonna stay in that thing all week with no AC or electricity?? He knew damn well what he was doing but didn’t wanna miss out on the $$$ by being honest and helpful. Instead I spent $1,280 on a camper I couldn’t stay in for a single night. We had to get a hotel. Terrible communication, blatantly took advantage of us as novices, total rip off! AVOID!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Assuming there is not another renter dropping off or picking up the day your trip starts or ends, we can be very flexible with times.
Q.
Do I need to empty the Grey and Black water tanks before returning the camper?
A.
Yes, the black and grey water septic tanks need to be fully emptied before the end of your trip. If you are unable to empty the tanks a $50 fee will be charged to cover our cost of having them emptied.
