The Forester 2351LE provides all the amentities of home in a stylish Class C motorhome. There is a queen-size cab-over bunk that can be utilized as extra sleeping space (or storage) plus a rear queen bedroom. The U-dinette provides additional sleeping space after dining, playing games and relaxing. The kitchen offers a 10.7 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator, a convection microwave, a recessed three-burner range, cordless 12V charging plate. Hi! We are Damaris & Sergio. We love traveling, camping with the family, and finding fun and new locations to travel. We have been renting out our travel trailer for about 3 years now, but have recently upgraded to a Class C RV. We love helping people have great traveling experiences while using our trailer & Class C RV. We are friendly, flexible and understanding people. Available 24/7 for any questions or concerns you might have and open to any all suggestions on how to improve our rental experience for you. We are so excited you are renting with us! CLEANING FEE MIN $150 if RV is not cleaned upon return.
CLEAN THE RV BEFORE YOU RETURN IT
Please remove sheets from mattresses and set them on the beds. (you are not required to wash lines)
Wash any dishes and put them away
Sweep or vacuum the floors
Wipe down all countertops and tables
Wipe down bathroom surfaces (shower, toilet, sink, mirror, etc.)
Empty the fridge and wipe it down.
EARLY AND LATE PICK-UP
We are flexible on both at an agreed time. If a late return results in the disruption of another rental or if Outdoorsy needs to find the owner of the RV alternative transportation due to the late return, the renter will pay the full daily rate for every eight (8) hours the RV is late. These charges will be added to the initial rental rate agreed upon by the owner and renter.
NO SHOW FEES
If the Renter is a no-show it will be treated as a Renter cancellation, and the Owner’s Cancellation Policy will go into effect. Any refunds given will solely be at the discretion of the RV owner.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit will be held on the renter's credit card to cover any incidental damage or lost items. The credit card hold will be released 7 days after a rental has returned if no action is taken (the claim being held, released, or claimed). In the case a claim is filed by the owner, the security deposit will be held until the claim is resolved.
RV DAMAGE/LOST ITEM FEES
In the case of any damage to fiberglass, cushions, cabinetry, electronics, etc., or any item not covered by the Outdoorsy Insurance Policies The renter is fully responsible, and will be charged the actual cost of parts plus any hourly labor costs needed to repair the damaged item.
