Frequently asked questions
Q.
What towing capabilities does my vehicle need?
A.
Your towing vehicle will need a 7 pin connector, and trailer brake controls. It will also need a minimum of 5,000lb towing capacity, due to the fact that it's best not to exceed 85% of your vehicle's max capacity which is 4,250 and our trailer weighs just under 3,000 lbs so by the time you add the weight of your cargo you'll be comfortably under that.
Q.
I have a tow vehicle but do not own a hitch. Is a hitch provided?
A.
Yes, you are welcome to use my hitch and weight distribution bars for the duration of the trip.
