We had a great experience in the van. It had everything we needed for cooking and sleeping. Everything was very organized. Also, the heater worked great on the cold nights. The owners of the van responded to our questions quickly and made it super easy for pickup and dropping it off when we were finished. I would definitely rent from them again if go to Vermont again.

We rented Ruby for our trip to Vermont & New Hampshire and lived in it for six days. The entire experience was incredible. From the start, Christine was quick to answer all my questions, even before I booked. Once we confirmed, she provided detailed, helpful information that made everything clear. When we arrived, Dan met us right outside baggage claim at the airport with the van. He rode with us to their home nearby and gave us a thorough walkthrough, making sure we knew where everything was and how it worked. The van itself was immaculate and surprisingly easy to drive, it felt like driving a sedan. They thought of everything. We didn’t need to pack linens, cooking utensils, or really anything extra. The freshwater tank was already full, and the van was stocked with everything we could possibly need. One unexpected highlight was the shower. We had very long and strenuous days and many campgrounds in the area only have coin-operated showers. We never had time to get change. I used the van’s shower three different times, and it made all the difference. The beds were also very comfortable, and it was quiet inside, making for great sleep. At the end of our trip, Dan was waiting at the terminal to pick up the van, which made things seamless. After returning home, we found out that we left some clothes and they were quick to offer to ship them to us. Both Dan and Christine are wonderful people who genuinely care about making your experience enjoyable. They went above and beyond and truly made our trip more pleasant. It was a pleasure meeting them, and we would absolutely recommend renting from them.
