Enjoy an amazing trip in our easy-to-drive, clean, and beautiful Coachmen with the comforts of home for spacious family glamping! Sleeps 4 adults comfortably plus 2 extra beds for kids. Equipped with RV navigation and backup camera. We chose this RV for the walk-around queen bed in the rear, window in the cabin-top bunk so anyone lounging up there can get a great view, and spacious interior. Our sons are big, so we wanted to make sure there was plenty of space... and this RV doesn't disappoint! There is a standard queen bed in the rear where the slide out is and a long queen in the bunk above the cabin (sleeps 2 adults comfortably). The dinette transforms to a bed that sleeps anyone up to about 5'1" (or 2 small children even). And there is room for another child to sleep on the couch. The dinette seats 4 nicely and has seatbelts, making it a fun place for passengers to chat over coffee or enjoy a game of Uno during the drive. The couch opposite the dinette seats 3 with seatbelts in each seat. The bathroom is a good size with toilet, sink, and hot shower. The kitchen space has 3 burners and double sinks for easy cooking. Our RV has lots of storage space, outlets everywhere, and space heaters for those cooler nights. The RV has heating and air conditioning, and basic bedding is provided for your trip.* Pickup 3PM / Dropoff 11AM -- easy pickup along TV Highway ** Round-trip delivery to your location is available for a fee *---------------------

It was a good trip. Tim was very communicative and prompt in his responses. The RV blew a side-wall and Tim was willing to take our call on a Sunday and help get us situated with Outdoorsy.

Tim was great with communication. Pick up and drop off we’re great. The RV was comfy and easy to hang out in. It held all our gear with room to spare.

Tim was super communicative and accommodating in arranging our trip. The rv was a great size for our needs, and everything worked perfectly, and was easy to use. Only minor issue was at some point prior to our trip (while being serviced maybe) all of the breakers had been shut off, so shore power wasn’t working. Once we figured that out everything was great! Will rent from again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
    A.
On some days we are able to arrange early pickup or late dropoff - please contact us to make arrangements.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
    A.
    1. The RV is very long and wide. Make "square turns", pulling out straight a bit farther than you would with a car or pickup, and then make your turn. Keep this in mind when pulling into gas stations. 2. The RV is also tall. Be cautious around low branches. 3. Have somebody spot you when backing up. 4. Because of the sheer size of the RV, you may feel a little swaying when driving at high speeds in the wind or near other large vehicles. 5. You'll get the best fuel economy around 55 mph.

Q.Can I take the RV out of state?
    A.
Sure. Note that there is a 100-mile daily allowance and that fees are due at a per-mile rate for additional miles you drive. WE DO NOT ALLOW bookings for renters expecting to take the RV more than 2000 miles. If you have specific needs on this, please send us a message and we can talk through options.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
    A.
We'll walk you through the hookups at pickup. You can also find easy instructions in our manual (pdf file emailed to you on request). Electricity hooks up to the 30-amp shore power at campgrounds, or you can use the yellow adaptor (in the drawer under the stove) to plug into a standard 3 prong outlet. Water and dump hoses are stored in the utility storage space at the rear driver's side of the RV.
