Hosts were nice and helpful. Camper was easy to set up. The battery did not hold a charge and did not charge while connected to my SUV. Because the battery was low we only had heat for the first night.

Neil’s answer

Hi Matt!
Thanks for the kind words! We are sorry the battery did not hold up for your trip. We have never had a dead battery issue with the camper even with much longer excursions. We did test the battery and showed strong. As mentioned, the battery will not charge while connected to your SUV due to your 4-pin connection. Regardless, we are very sorry for your experience concerning the battery. We appreciate your feedback.

Neil and Cyndi were incredible to work with. It was my first time renting through Outdoorsy and they were tremendously helpful, answering questions quickly and offering support throughout the trip. Couldn't have been happier about how the trip went.

Neil’s answer

This little camper was perfect for a getaway with my 2 kids and dog. It was in immaculate condition when we picked it up. Neil was patient and thorough while showing me the ins and outs of set up and take down. I was a total novice with a pop up camper, and had no problem with this rig. Neil was great at being available for questions. The pop up was comfortable and kept us dry and cozy even during a couple of nights of near-freezing temps and driving rain storms. It had everything we wanted in order to do dispersed camping in comfort! I would rent this again in a heartbeat!

Neil’s answer

Thanks for being a fantastic renter and taking great care of our camper! We wished the weather would have been a bit better for you all but we are thankful that the camper kept you warm and dry! Thanks again!

Neil and his wife were wonderful hosts for our first time renting a camper. We visited the sand dunes for three nights. They went over every detail and the camper had everything we needed, plus some special things to make you feel at home. Everything worked great. The heater was perfect on one of the cold nights we were out. We would rent again with them anytime!

Neil’s answer

Thank you for the wonderful review and sharing the amazing views you had! We appreciate you taking great care of our rig and are very happy to know that the camper worked out great for you both!

Q.Do you offer delivery AND set-up?
Yes! We can deliver the camper to your designated campsite and set it completely up for you. Delivery charge is based on mileage and set-up/take down fee is listed in the "Add-on's". We are super flexible and we handle the delivery/set-ups on a case by case request.

Q.Our vehicle has a 4-pin wiring harness. Will that work?
The trailer has a 7-pin wiring harness. We prefer you being equipped with a 7 pin but we do have a 4-pin to 7-pin adapter that you may borrow for your trip!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
Pick-up times are set for 1pm. Drop off times are 11am. We do have some flexibility on this. We will be respectful of your time and circumstances, we ask that you are with ours as well!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
If you are boondocking the trailer is equipped with a long life deep cycle battery. That will allow you to use the interior lights as well as the exterior light. The camper is equipped for 30amp power. We do provide a MUST used surge protector as well as 50amp to 30amp adaptor. Once plugged into 30amp power, all outlets inside and out will work. We will also supply all you need for water hook ups. 25' water hose plus inline filter. We also supply two 5 gallon water tanks for off grid use.
