Brand new 2019 Highland Ridge Open Range 3x427BHS King size Bed, 4 Bed Bunkroom for kiddos, queen size fold out bed, 3 TVs inside, full outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV and many options such as WiFi Hotspot, bedding, pots and pans included, just show up and enjoy. We take the camping to a whole new level into Glamping in style. We clean it from top to bottom after each rental to make sure it’s safe during these times. Many repeat renters who really enjoy the wide open spacious inside to relax and watch that favorite movie on the 55" TV. Super comfortable beds with upgraded 3" memory foam pads on King size bed and 4" on the bunk beds as well. Plenty of room in Full Residential Fridge with Filtered water and icemaker in door too. Outdoor water filtering system also included because we want to keep the water in the pipes very clean and fresh for all.What's includedTowels, kitchen utensils, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, all bedding and promise you will have a good time.RecommendationsWhen booking Rv site, please find a 50 amp Rv spot especially in summer.

What an awesome time we had in this all-inclusive retreat of an RV! Tom was kind enough to deliver and set up our RV, so we have never had such a relaxing time! The Hofferber's have taken exceptional care of their RV, and the attention to detail is evidence that they are veteran campers. From the memory foam bed toppers (including the bunks!) to ample blankets, sheets, paper goods, linens, utensils, kitchen ware, our experience left nothing to be desired.

We had an awesome time in Tom’s RV. He delivered it to our campsite, hooked everything up, and had it ready to go. He was quick to respond and answered all of our questions! The RV was awesome and provided a great location for us to stay while we explored Waco. We’d definitely rent it again!

Tom and his Wife are First Class. They went out of their way to accommodate our family. Their Fifth Wheel had all kinds of necessities that came in so handy. 5 Stars! I’ll be calling them again!

Our family fell in love with this Full Bunk House. The master bedroom has a super comfortable bed and enough storage drawers for longer rentals. The main bath has a very roomy shower with several drawers, cabinets and two mirrors . A blow dryer is also available. The kitchen is well laid out to be the focus of entertaining while the family relaxes in the large couch and two recliners. The fire place was an added fun bonus!! I especially was impressed with the full size refrigerator with ice machine. ❤️
The kids loved their very own private room with 4 bunks and a half bath. There is also another entrance into the half bath . Our kids hooked up their gaming system to the tv .
We also enjoyed the outside tv while we grilled dinner.
Our weekend of true GLAMPING was made perfect because of this 5th wheel.
We look forward to renting again!
