Hi! We're Jeni and Darrin, owners of Groosen Adventure Rentals.We purchased our Winnebago Solis 59PX in 2021 to travel to dog shows, visit family, and explore places that are difficult to experience from a hotel room. Unlike our previous RVs, we purchased the Solis specifically with rental guests in mind.The Solis is actually the third RV we've offered as a rental. While living in Cincinnati, we owned and rented out a 2011 Tioga diesel motorhome and a campervan before adding the Solis to our fleet. When we relocated to Michigan, we sold the other two and kept the Solis because it was our favorite to drive, travel in, and share with guests.The Solis comfortably seats and sleeps four, featuring a rear queen bed and a queen sized rooftop pop top. It's perfect for couples, families, or a small group of friends.To make your trip easy, we provide fresh linens, pillows, cookware, kitchen utensils, and disposable plates, cups, and silverware. Just pack your clothes and groceries and hit the road. Each rental also includes 100 miles per booked night, with additional mileage billed at $0.55 per mile.One of our favorite features is the ability to boondock almost anywhere. With onboard solar, batteries, fresh water, and a built in generator, you don't need campground hookups to enjoy your adventure. Had the most wonderful adventure with my best friend and pup, Poppy. The van was awesome and absolutely perfect for our Upper Peninsula adventure. It drove beautifully and had absolutely everything we needed to stay comfortable on the road. It was wonderful being able to just pull into the campground at night, plug right in, and start a campfire without any hassle or stress. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a reliable, convenient, and completely seamless getaway. Five stars all around.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Don't worry if you've never camped in an RV before. We'll walk you through everything before your trip. The Solis is designed to be easy with or without campground hookups. With onboard fresh water, solar, batteries, propane, and a generator, boondocking is simple and comfortable. When hookups are available, just connect the included power cord and water hose. The cassette toilet and grey water system are also easy to manage, and we'll show you exactly how everything works before you leave.

Hey there! Jeni from Groosen Adventure Rentals. We started renting our motorhome out when our dog show and mountain bike race schedules were all cancelled. Between my husband and I, we were a two motorhome family (I'd be in one state for a dog show, while he's be in another for a mountain bike race). Since then, we've upgraded our 1990 Ford Campervan with a brand new 2021 Winnebago Solis so now we own THREE motorhomes. We just listed the Winnebago so it doesn't have any reviews yet but have been renting our larger diesel motorhome since 2019 and have many satisfied families that have given us 5 star reviews. We're not fans of prep, cleaning, pet type fees so you won't find any here. I'm so excited about your upcoming trip! Ask us anything.
