5This was our first time using/renting an RV and it was perfect for our needs. Joseph was very attentive and helpful. Every time we texted or needed help he replied right away, and even called or FaceTimed us to help. We also opted in to get the delivery/pickup service with him and he was on time and made everything a breeze.
