The rental process online was easy. Rachel was helpful and was fast to respond to my inquiries. The trailer itself was given to us in great condition (everything was clean and in working order). The trailer was perfect for my family if 6. I will definitely rent from them again.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We all know how traffic goes. I am very flexible on times as long as you keep me in informed on expected times. If over 6 hours late drop off or early pick up, there will have additional fee's that we can agree on. I try to be as accommodating as possible.
