This travel trailer can comfortably grow from 2 people to up to 7! It is the only "super-slide" in an 18ft trailer (meaning that the slide is a 4ft pop out along the entire length) with a convertible sofa and 4 person dinette. Behind the sofa is a pull over bunk for an extra person, getting the most out of the space possible. With the slide extended there is enough space in the center of the trailer for someone to be at the sink, sitting on the sofa, and still have someone walk by without having to shuffle around. With a dry weight of just under 4000lbs, a gross weight of 5000lbs, and 7ft wide just about any medium size SUV or better can tow this (I do in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. If you have a short wheelbase, I recommend using the hitch I can provide. I also recommend you have a trailer brake controller, but that is up to you).To see a full list of specs, check out: <a href=""></a>What's includedI have replaced the RV queen with a memory foam mattress (so much better...) and have fresh queen size fitted sheets that can be used on any of the beds. I also provide some blankets, but you will need to bring more if the weather is cold and provide your own pillows. I have pots/pans/knives/utensils that if you use, I ask that you clean, but you will need to provide your own dishes and cups. There is a LP quick connect for you to use if you have the correct fitting to use the Propane tank with a grill or griddle (I can rent you a great camp chef set up with all the hook ups!). The Roku TV can take a USB stick with movies (you will need to check what format you need to use) and can also have a DVD player or game console plugged in (not provided). This will ONLY work with shore power or a generator (available to rent for $15/day). You are welcome to use the Gray and Black tanks, but if you do, I expect them to be returned clean (all of the hoses and gear are available and is provided - I will also take care of it for a fee). There is a solar system that you can use, and I will step you through how to set it up, but you don't have to use it (and I don't include it automatically so you have more storage). I have other items (folding chairs, games, etc) that are available at no additional cost, just ask. If I don't have something that you'd like, simply ask. We just got back from Yellowstone and had an amazing time. Goblin Valley was a really fun boondock location with BLM land so close.If you're close in the valley, I recommend coming by a day or two before you leave so you can see where everything goes. I will have it prepped and open for you so you can plan for food and packing. If you are new to pulling a trailer, please let me know and I would be happy to give you some pointers. I know that this is a great "beginner" trailer with the 7" width and being so light, so I am understanding that I might get people that don't have tons of experience. Just let me know what you're comfortable with and I will work with you. Other things to notePlease, no pets or smoking. I am allergic to both dogs and cats and they trigger my asthma (along with smoking). If you must smoke, please not in the trailer.

Typically the earliest I can be available to release the trailer is 3:00 PM. I can sometimes be available earlier, but not before noon. For drop off, unless otherwise approved, not after 6:00 PM

Always wanted a trailer and after last season my back told me that it was time :). We just got back from taking the trailer up to Yellowstone and it was so nice to have a place to land that wasn't super expensive. I wish we'd have had it back when we went to the Grand Canyon last year as we would have stayed longer. My dream is to go from Alaska down to the Florida Keys.
