The Kitchen includes a full size RV Refrigerator-Chiller with freezer. A three burner stove-top with oven and Microwave oven will help cook whatever you don't make over a campfire! Included utensils include: Plates, Bowls, Coffee Mugs, Silverware, Keurig Coffee Maker, Spatulas, Serving Spoons, Tongs, etc.
We will also provide our favorite cleaning products for use on your trip, as well as two rolls of paper towels and our preferred toilet paper. Our cleaning staff will clean with institutional strength disinfectants between each rental period.
Sleeping Arrangements include the following:
-- A Queen Size Bed at the rear of the unit on a new Serta mattress - we'll supply a set of flannel sheets. Sleeping Bags are available upon request. (Sleeps 2)
-- A Queen Size Loft bed at the front of the unit has a very comfortable memory foam mattress. This bed has been endorsed by another adult with a bad back! The loft has a curtain to cover the area for privacy. Sleeping Bags are available upon request. (Sleeps 2)
-- The Dinette Set converts to a very comfortable bed in 3 minutes - perfect sleeping quarters for the kiddos. Sleeping Bags are available upon request. (Sleeps 2)

What if I have never driven or operated an RV before?
A.
Don't worry! At the time of pickup, I will provide you with a one hour tutorial and driving lesson. I will make sure you feel confident, before you drive away. Please watch some online YouTube videos about RV travel to help you understand what to anticipate.

How do I know what to book in a campground or RV park?
A.
There are many RV parks and campgrounds out there. They range from luxury resorts to unsavory. Look at reviews, just as you would with a hotel. When booking a campsite: Make sure you get a 30 AMP electric connection AND sewer connection AND I suggest one with a campfire ring or grill.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pickup is as early as 6 AM on the first day of the rental, and then drop-off is by 7 PM on the last day of the rental. Pickup is usually done in Herndon at a shopping center off of the Dulles Toll Road, very close to Dulles Airport.
Q.
Is Parking Available?
A.
We do not offer parking, but I will refer you to a preferred parking lot close to Dulles Airport that offers very reasonable prices. It is a hotel parking lot that I recommend to all of my customers. If you choose to park there, I will meet you at that same parking lot for pickup/drop off.
